BACKGROUND

Pink Adventure Group is a privately owned tour company based in Sedona, AZ, with additional locations at the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. They are leaders in the tourism industry, but needed to evolve their distribution strategy to drive more business direct and improve their profit margin.

SOLUTION

Our digital team conducted a thorough analysis of the inner workings of the organization, from the ground level sales team and accounts to the digital footprint, websites and contact center operation. A comprehensive digital and distribution strategy that encompassed a multi-step plan for each channel was then developed and reviewed with the leadership team.

In response, Pink Adventure Group senior management decided leverage our team’s individual skill sets in a bigger way and took a unique approach to execute the new strategies. Our team became integrated into their organizational structure, which enabled us to contribute to the implementation of each phase of the plan.

RESULTS

While the distribution strategy is still being executed, there are early improvements in website traffic and conversion and distribution margins.  By developing a comprehensive strategy, which includes a thorough brand study, the internal team now has a plan to follow, specific goals to reach and are challenged and excited by their new growth potential.
