Our Story

Fidelum Partners

Fidelum Partners is a research-based consulting and data analytics firm. Founded by Chris Malone in March 2010, we offer diverse range of research and analytics services, as well as the unique warmth and competence insights detailed in our award-winning book, "The HUMAN Brand: How We Relate to People. Products and Companies."

Our name, Fidelum, is derived from the Latin word for fidelity. So literally translated our name is intended to mean “We Faithful Partners” and symbolizes our deep and unwavering commitment to client relationships. As it turns out, this name also has its roots in The Malone family history. While researching his Irish ancestors in the mid-1990s, Chris learned that for hundreds of years the Malone family motto has been Fidelis ad Urnam, which means Faithful Until the Tomb. It was this sentiment and aspiration that compelled us to become Fidelum Partners.

By design, we are a firm that has fewer clients with whom we have broader relationships that involve multiple engagements each year. Clients turn to us for their most challenging issues, be it a difficult earnings call, an ambitious growth strategy, or complex leadership dynamics. As a result, these client relationships often extend across various roles and organizations throughout their career journey.

At Fidelum, our commitment to making a difference extends beyond business. Inspired by the plight of Tiffany Lane and her family, we believe in supporting those facing adversity. Through acts of kindness and service, we aim to make a difference in the lives of individuals like Tiffany, offering them a helping hand and encouragement when they need it most.

Making a Difference

In late 2017, we had the opportunity to put one of our core beliefs into action by making a profound, positive impact on the life of one of our former colleagues. . A Sunday afternoon message on Facebook confronted us with the plight of  Tiffany Lane and her three children, who had endured a devastating house fire. Their story of resilience, from homelessness to rebuilding their lives, highlights the transformative journey we embarked upon with them, fueled by the support of our community, colleagues, clients  and strangers alike. These few pages and this article share our shared journey and the growth it inspired.

A Positive Impact

December 2018: Tiffany Lane and her family have made significant progress in the past year thanks to your unwavering support.
