Fidelum Partners developed a strategic plan for optimizing Arla Foods’s current business in the U.S. This was accomplished by integrating our efforts with the Arla’s U.S. management team and synthesizing insights from our own primary research with those of the client’s existing and syndicated research. The new five-year growth plan included simultaneously pursuing profitable new venues for category growth, including new foodservice channels, as well as specific new product innovations in existing ones.
