Lesley Broadhurst is a Principal Consultant based in Toronto, ON.
Over the past eight years, Lesley has provided senior consulting services within the financial services, consumer packaged goods and consumer electronic industries.
She has over 20 years experience working for top tier organizations where she has created successful long term growth strategies and annual marketing plans for major businesses and global brands.
Most recently, in a consultancy role as Senior Business Leader/Director Marketing with Visa Canada, Lesley was responsible for the direction and strategic positioning behind Visa’s Small Business portfolio. She has also worked very closely with Sony’s Consumer Division for the past seven years, providing strategic direction and execution behind their national consumer experiential initiatives.
Prior to that, Lesley spent 12 years within Kraft Foods, Pillsbury and HJ Heinz in senior management roles directing many of their flagship brands that led to the development of in-depth qualitative and quantitative research plans, significant strategic brand positioning initiatives, product innovation pipelines and comprehensive national marketing campaigns.
Lesley earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce at McMaster University and has completed classes in York University’s MBA program.
