Brad is a Principal Consultant based in the Philadelphia area. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing, operations and loyalty program design. Most recently, Brad has held leadership roles with two emerging firms in the loyalty industry. Throughout that time, he has provided insights and designed both loyalty programs as well as targeted campaign recommendations for clients including Pandora Jewelers, Meineke, Crabtree & Evelyn, Theory, Godiva The Kansas Lottery and New Balance.
Prior to these roles, Brad held operations and marketing positions within Aramark Corporation where he helped consolidate merchandising and equipment spend and increase sales within the Correctional Services Business Unit.
Brad also serves on the Advisory Board of Loyalty360.org, an association that helps consumer facing brands and solution providers share, understand and refine the loyalty marketplace.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Villanova University. He also holds a master’s degree from Temple University where he also an Adjunct Professor with the Fox MBA Program. Brad and his family live in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
